Common Issues
Order Not Showing in My Account
If a recently placed order does not appear in your account:
- Wait 5 minutes and refresh the page
- Check that you were logged in when you placed the order — guest orders do not appear in account history
- Search your email for an order confirmation to verify the order was placed
Still missing? Contact support with your order confirmation number.
Payment Was Declined
A declined payment typically means one of the following:
- Incorrect card details — double-check the card number, expiry, and CVV
- Insufficient funds — verify your account balance
- Bank block — some banks flag unfamiliar transactions; contact your bank to authorize the charge
- Address mismatch — ensure your billing address matches your bank records
Images Are Not Loading
If product images are not displaying correctly:
- Hard refresh the page:
Ctrl + Shift + R(Windows) orCmd + Shift + R(Mac) - Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser or device
- Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers)
Page Shows an Error
If you see an error page or unexpected behavior:
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try in a private/incognito window
If the problem persists, note the URL and error message and contact support.
