If you cannot log in to your account, you can reset your password using your registered email address.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot password? below the sign-in form
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Click the link in the email — it expires in 1 hour
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Save — you will be redirected to log in
Tips for a Strong Password
- Use at least 8 characters
- Mix uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number or symbol
- Avoid common words or personal information
Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again
